Students4Future
ABOUT
What is Students4Future?
The name is inspired by the battle for the environment of Greta Thumberg, carried on with the "Friday for Future". It is a project created by students to help other students improve concentration and make the most of their study time while at the same time offering them the opportunity to contribute to the conservation of the planet, increasing their motivation to study and interest in learning protection of the present and future environment.
Students4Future believes in three powers:
- Power that music has to promote the right concentration and mental well-being, essential for learning
- Power of an efficient study organization to promote an optimal study and learning experience
- Power of environmental commitment and environmental sensitivity especially of the younger generations
Students4Future wants to combine these values by providing a motivating experience of daily study time that positively and concretely affects the future of students at 360 degrees.
How does Students4Future plant trees?
The project uses playlists, advertising revenues and the StudyPlan service to clean up the atmosphere and protect the environment by supporting planting projects around the globe. The playlists are created with youtube and interrupted by a 31 second vocal piece supported by a planting project: "This song plants trees". To plant trees, the song must be listened online in its entirety and not at a low volume. Every 100 streams a share is donated to forestry associations such as Friends of Usambara Society (FoU). Also in our collective forest page, on Treedom , you can plant real trees, which will be the result of your commitment and your study time! Sign up for your StudyPlan page! If you would like to contribute more to the forestation project you can donate by buying trees in the site's forest:
